All the names in our Resort 2023 collection come from slang used in the '70s. "Flower power" was a term used in the 1960s and 1970s counterculture movement to promote love, peace, and nonviolence. The term was closely associated with the hippie subculture and the anti-war movement, and it became a symbol of the opposition to the Vietnam War. The use of flowers as a symbol of peace and nonviolence became popular in the mid-1960s, and it was often seen at protests and demonstrations.
